• Lumefantrine 120 mg

• Artelumex tablet acts as blood schizontocides.
• This is used for the treatment of acute uncomplicated malarial attack and multi drug resistance strains of plasmodium falciparum.
• Lumefantrine is thought to interfere with the polymerization process, while artemether generates reactive metabolites as a result of the interaction between the peroxide bridge and haem iron.
